2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:

  • To Match You with the Right Dealer: When you click Buy Now or Rent Now and provide a zip code, we use that zip code to identify which Rally dealer serves your area, then forward your inquiry to that specific dealer.
  • To Provide Quotes: A primary use of your information is to understand your needs and provide you with accurate and timely quotes for our trailer products.
  • To Communicate with You: We use your contact information to respond to your inquiries, provide customer support, send you updates regarding your quote, and deliver information about our products and services that may be of interest to you.
  • To Improve Our Services: We use usage data to analyze trends, administer the Site, track user movements around the Site, and gather demographic information. This helps us improve our website content, functionality, and user experience.
  • For Marketing Purposes: With your consent where required, we may use your information to send you promotional materials and special offers related to Rally Trailer MFG products and services. You can opt out of these communications at any time (see “Your Choices” below).

  • With the Rally Dealer Matched to Your Inquiry: When you submit a Buy Now or Rent Now inquiry, the dealer assigned to your zip code receives your name, email, phone number, zip code, the trailer you’re interested in, and any message you included. This is how the dealer follows up with you. Different dealers may handle Buy versus Rent inquiries for the same zip code.
  • HubSpot (CRM): We use HubSpot to manage customer inquiries. Inquiries submitted through our Site are forwarded to HubSpot, where the matched dealer’s sales workflow receives them. HubSpot’s privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.
  • Zapier and Google Sheets: Our dealers’ HubSpot workflows route inquiries through Zapier into Google Sheets for internal sales tracking. Your information is handled only by the matched dealer’s staff.
  • Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, analytics, customer support, and email delivery. These service providers are obligated to protect your information and only use it for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court order or a government agency request).
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With Your Consent: We may share your information with your explicit consent for any other purpose.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site may use “cookies,” localStorage, and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and pixels) to enhance your experience, analyze Site usage, and for marketing purposes. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that help us remember information about you. localStorage is a similar mechanism that stores information directly in your browser (described in Section 1).

Our Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy and any disputes arising out of or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be in the state and federal courts located in Juab County, Utah. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue therein and any defense of forum non conveniens. The prevailing party in any dispute regarding this agreement is entitled to attorney fees and costs.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time.
